The Air Up There
Optimum Success Publishing
Issue: Vol. I  No. 2
As it relates to fulfilling a dream, the air seems to
become thinner on your rise to the top. It is my belief
that everyone has some sort of dream or desire they want to
accomplish in life. You have to consider the odds that you
defeated upon your arrival. You survived 1 out of 400
million sperms. Your arrival is in no way coincidental,
rather entrenched with a purpose which often manifests
itself in the form of a dream.

The majority of society would rather shrink to levels of
mediocrity as opposed to stepping out of their secure
lifestyle to pursue their dreams. It’s a real problem that
must be confronted if you’ll ever become what you were
predestined to be. That dream that you carry is the seed of
your greatness. The right conditions must be in place in
order for that dream to flourish.

This is where associations come into play. Your
associations represent the soil for which the seed of your
dream will inevitably reside. People who see eye to eye
with your vision provide the necessary conditions for your
dream to flourish. Maintaining relationships with people
who relay thoughts of possibility towards your dreams will
always provide favorable conditions for that seed of
greatness you possess. People who constantly relay thoughts
of inadequacy towards your dreams will ensure that the seed
of your dream resides in stony soil, with a limited chance
of ever breaking the surface of your potential.

I can speak from experience…the air becomes thin when you
set your dream in motion. People, often times, begin to
express their thoughts of how you’ll never achieve your
dreams the minute you peep out of society’s box. Here are
two of my personal favorites….. “You’re only 23, what could
you possibly have to say? What makes you think you can
write a book?” Dreamers are few and far between. This is
why Robert Kiyosaki points out that 95 percent of the
worlds cash flow is generated by 5 percent of the
population…who I add just dared to believe in their dreams!
There are people out there who just understand that
potential is meaningless if it never becomes a reality. The
average millionaire spends 7,000 dollars a year on
self-development. Why? They understand the importance of
cultivating the soil which surrounds their dream so it’s
conducive to that seed reaching its full potential.

The greatest failure we could ever fall prey to is never
living up to our potential. It may get difficult at times
when you’re pursuing a dream, but know that you weren’t
just given a dream and left out to dry. You were given an
accompanying endowment from your Creator to see the dream
through to completion, no matter the obstacles.

You’re never too young or too old to fulfill your
dreams. Your dream is ageless. View your dream as an
assignment whose deadline passes only when you flat line!

Yes, the air may get thin, but it’s because you are
stepping out of this world of mediocrity, and finding your
rightful place within your Creator’s universe—where every
supernatural provision awaits you, which is directly
measured to the dream that resides inside of you. And in my
book (The Universe is Inviting You In) which will be
released in the coming months, I will provide a step by
step guide on how to do just that. Success requires, as my
mentor’s book is entitled, “Living on Higher Ground.” Find
the company that suits your dreams, and in them you’ll find
the tailor made path to your best life possible!
